Tonight…we grilled!

Jordan, Leo, Diana, and I all went to H-E-B after a failed attempt at buying 5 12-packs of sodas at the NEX. We completely got off track when Leo discovered H-E-B’s “meal deals,” where you buy 2 packs of hot dogs and get buns, ketchup, mustard, pudding, and beans all for free! I grabbed my share of the items, but later on decided that it would be a waste of money, so Leo bought mine instead.

We got outside and one of us came up with the idea of having a barbecue since we’d already bought so much food. Jordan drove to Leo’s grabbed his grill, picked up Jeff along the way, and went to the park near Kevin’s house, who also showed up a few minutes later.

The insects, mainly the mosquitoes, were horrible, so Diana, Kevin, and I go to H-E-B to buy some insect repellent, where we also…bought way too much food and drinks. We finally get back and Jordan’s already cooked a good amount of the hot dogs. They were delicious! Well…the first batch was.

The food and drinks we bought at H-E-B the second time wasn’t really split evenly. I had to pay a bit more than I was supposed to, as usual, but ah well. Diana was all over Jeff, as usual…but she wasn’t too bad about it tonight. I wish she would tone it down.

Tonight was a lot of fun, though. Thanks to everyone there…love you guys. I’m glad we can just randomly do things like this. Fuck yeah college, and fuck yeah pudding frog!
