So my wisdom teeth are finally coming in

I was at the dentist a few weeks ago and mentioned to him that I could feel them poking through. He took an x-ray and recommended we go see an oral surgeon because the bottom two are impacted and…something else was wrong with the top two, I can’t remember what. But either way, I’m gonna have to get them all taken out (oh joy…).

Fast forward to this past Sunday where I wake up with my mouth on fire. The top-left wisdom tooth is poking the side of my cheek and it hurts like a bitch. I can barely open my mouth, and chewing and swallowing are really painful.

The appointment with the oral surgeon is for next Friday, but I don’t know if I can last that long. And then to get them removed is probably going to be at least another week after that. These next few weeks should be interesting (read: horrible). -_____-

  1. of-all-things said: Mine are coming in straight, thank god. Everyone keeps saying this is super late, but I think Virginians are just freakishly early when it comes to dental procedures. Good luck with the pain/surgery >.<
