I don't even know...!

Okay, so…

That lengthy blog post never came. Sorry about that! Been pretty busy this past week.

As you all know, I’m now all moved into my new apartment in San Antonio! :D I’d been tethering with my phone via very spotty 3G, and then I hit my soft bandwidth cap of 5 GB, so it started going reeeeeally slow Monday evening…which wasn’t fun at all. But I got cable internet yesterday afternoon, so yay!

The move was on Saturday, and holy shit…was that tiring. Not only did I have a lot of crap, but I’m also on the second floor, so we had to haul all my crap up a narrow, winding flight of stairs. And to top it all off, it was 105 degrees that day. But at least it’s dry heat and not humid, like it was in Corpus.

I’ll post pictures once I’m done unpacking, because right now it all still looks like a hot mess. But both my bedroom and hall closets are bigger than the demo unit they showed us back in April, as well as the pantry, so I’m super happy about that. And I didn’t get the nasty counter tops we saw, either.

I’m really loving my place so far! New home, new city, new school…it’s a pretty amazing feeling. I really miss everyone in Corpus though…but I’ll be seeing them in a few weeks anyway. :3
